Welcome to De Pere Middle School, where we serve students in seventh and eighth grades. DPMS is a school of approximately 650 students and 85 staff members residing at 700 Swan Road, De Pere, Wisconsin. As a staff, we are dedicated to every student's academic, social, and emotional growth. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect, responsibility, and trust in a safe environment that enables all students to be successful.
My wife Ashley and I have a son, Beckett, who is seven years old. It is an exciting time in our house as Beckett will begin first grade in the fall. We chose to move to Green Bay shortly after he was born to be closer to family. My family and I are avid sports fans who enjoy watching and attending sporting events. We also enjoy the wonderful fairs, festivals, and markets that the Green Bay area has to offer.
I spent my first eleven years in education, primarily teaching at the middle school level in the Milwaukee area. My teaching ignited a desire to pursue a leadership role in education. After receiving my degree in Educational Leadership, my family moved to the Green Bay area, where I took the job of Dean of Students at Dickinson Elementary for the Unified School District of De Pere. The following year I changed positions to become the assistant principal at De Pere Middle School. The three years I served as assistant principal provided me with the skills to transition to the principal role, a role I have been in the past three years. I feel very fortunate to work in a great district with amazing students and staff.
I look forward to working with the students, families, and others who are part of the De Pere Middle School community.
Please do not hesitate to stop in and see all the wonderful happenings at DPMS.
